Fall Softball Registration
Come and play more softball in a fun instructional fall league that plays games on Sundays from mid-Aug through September (no play on Labor Day weekend). Cost is $65.00 per player (no fundraiser), payable to HYAA. Ages divisions are 10, 12, 14, 16, 18U; the age level you will play at next summer 10 under – player who is 10 years of age or younger on December 31, 2010 12 under – player who is 12 years of age or younger on December 31, 2010 14 under – player who is 14 years of age or younger on December 31, 2010 16 under – player who is 16 years of age or younger on December 31, 2010 18 under – player who is 18 years of age or younger on December 31, 2010
12U AA Team Qualifies for State
The Hastings 12AA Traveling Baseball Team qualified for the state tournament by finishing 2nd at the Rosemount Tournament
11U AA Qualifies for State
The 11U AA team qualifies for the State tournament after placing 2nd at the Rosemount tournament.
10U Blue Team Qualifies for State
The Hastings Blue 10U baseball team earned a berth to the State Tournament by winning the Farmington Tournament. Pictured in the front row are Austin DeBoom, Erik Iverson, Kyle Jones, Ben Streeter and Joey McNamara. In the back are Mitchell Johnson, Zach Pavelka, TJ Pottinger, Brandon Kurilla and Ben Pavelka. Congratulations Raider Baseball & Softball

HYAA purchases two pitching mounds
Wallin Park is the home to two new pitching mounds purchased by HYAA. The new mounds will allow the field to be configured for different age groups, and are currenty being used for the 11 and 12 year olds.

Where does fundraising money go?
HYAA appreciates the community support when purchasing deal-cal cards, candy bars, or frozen items from our players. Some money collected from these fundraisers is spent on field improvements, education for our players and coaches, and equipment storage. Some money has been saved in order to help pay for additional fields at Vets park, a project that will hopefully start soon. Since 2002...
